Our school is held on the campus of Martin Methodist College in Pulaski, Tennessee, 75 miles south of Nashville just off I-65.  This year's session will begin with registration on Sunday, June 17, 2012, and will conclude with our closing program Friday night, June 29.  Dorm parents and staff are always available and are excellent role models providing love, friendship and care.  Younger students are supervised and assisted daily.  By studying gospel music, CVSGM students will attain confidence, creativity, competence, and the love of God.  Students will find their attendance at CVSGM a very rewarding experience.

CLOSING PROGRAM Friday June 29, at 7:00 PM at the First Baptist Church in Pulaski.  All students participate.  Supper at 5:00 PM in the cafeteria.  All family, friends, and supporters of gospel music are invited.
PRIVATE STUDENT CONCERT Friday, June 29, at 10:30 AM
CLASS START TIMES Day - 8:15 AM    Night - 6:30 PM
CLASSROOM DRESS CODE Students are required to dress appropriately.  Dress clothes are expected for Closing Night.
MISCELLANEOUS Bring your own linens, toiletries, snack money and anything else you need to survive two weeks!
ACTIVITIES Two hour daily recreational time consists of swimming, kickball, slip 'n slide, and other selected outdoor games.
STUDENTS UNDER 8 Are required to have parent/guardian stay with them on campus.
PARENTS Can visit overnight on campus for $20 per person ($25 for apartment).  Subject to availability and meals are not included.
STUDENTS with disabilities will be offered apartments at their expense.

SPECIAL DISCOUNT OFFERS

A church sponsoring three full-time students will receive $25 discount for each additional full-time tuition.  One-week tuition will receive $10 discount.

After first full-time student in a family, each additional family member will receive $25 discount for full-time tuition and $10 discount for one-week tuition.

2012 Scholarships

 

CVSGM has always depended on contributions to keep our tuition low.  To provide financial assistance to students who might not otherwise be able to attend the school there are scholarships available.  To access an application form, click here.  Any individual or group who may wish to sponsor a partial or full scholarship is encourage to participate.  Even if you are unable to attend the school, you may still be a part by providing a monetary donation.

Memorial Program
